Akanksha has over 15 years experience advising leaders of large and small businesses across industries on strategic, operational and transactional topics.

Over a decade at McKinsey and Company in London and New York City, Akanksha specialized in strategic and growth topics, particularly driving sales, designing customer experiences and adopting AI and analytics. She is also skilled in financial planning and operational efficiency.

Prior to her business advisory career, Akanksha practiced as a corporate lawyer, leading several large M&A transactions, helping clients with contract negotiations and advising on day to day corporate matters.

Akanksha has also been an investor and mentor to startups in her role on the Dorm Room Fund and as an incubator lead for MIT Global Startup Labs.

Akanksha has an MBA from MIT Sloan and an MPA from the Harvard Kennedy School; and a BA and LLB from NLSIU, Bangalore.

Akanksha lives in North London with her husband and two young children. She likes to keep up with London’s theatre scene in her free time.
